Purpose: The Harmony Committee was created through negotiations between the Moscow Education Association (MEA) and the District. The Committee meets to discuss current school issues and practices, share information, improve communications between the MEA and the administration, and to prevent grievances from occurring.
Meetings: Meetings are held monthly during the school year.
Membership: The Committee consists of the Superintendent and two other members chosen by the Superintendent and the President of the MEA and two other members of the MEA Executive Committee.
Reports To: MEA representatives report to the MEA membership and the Superintendent reports to the Board of Trustees.
