Certificated employees of the District shall be free from abuse by parents or other adults per Idaho Code 33-1222 and 18-916.
The Board authorizes the Superintendent and designee(s), at their discretion per Idaho Code 33-512 (11):
- to prohibit entrance to each school building or school grounds,
- to prohibit loitering in school buildings or on school grounds, and
- to provide for the removal from each school building or school grounds of any individual or individuals who disrupt the educational process or whose presence is detrimental to the morals, health, safety, academic learning or discipline of students or who loiter in school buildings or on school grounds.
