The District participates in an IRS approved Section 125 Cafeteria Plan. The employee is responsible for enrolling in the Section 125 Cafeteria Plan and adhering to all requirements of the plan. Only full and part-time employees who qualify for benefits may participate in the plan.  Under the Plan, eligible payroll deductions will be tax deferred. Those eligible deductions to/for:

  1. Premiums for health care insurance and insurance premiums related to health care.
  2. Medical reimbursement plan.
  3. Childcare reimbursement plan.
