4590.00 | Reappointment

Should any certificated employee who is terminated under Policy 4550.00 be re-appointed from the re-employment pool, the period of absence shall be treated as a leave of absence and shall not be considered as a break in the continuity of service within the District per the Negotiation Agreement.
