Staff and other employees are expected to conform to school policy in all phases of their work for the school district. Staff members are required to maintain an atmosphere conducive to a good learning situation including maintenance of order and discipline. Unless otherwise provided in Board Policy, any teacher employed by the District shall have the right to direct how and when each pupil shall attend to his appropriate duties per Idaho Code
33-1224.
