Access to records and information pertaining to a minor child including, but not limited to, medical, dental, health, and school or educational records, shall not be denied to a parent because the parent is not the child's custodial parent. If the custodial parent requests, in writing, the District will remove information regarding the address of the minor child prior to providing the information to the non-custodial parent.
