The function of the Moscow School District is to strive to meet the educational needs of its students. The Moscow Board of Trustees has the authority and responsibility to provide for the individual differences among students and to provide a free appropriate education. Students having disabilities, who meet the requirements of graduation, as established by the Board of Trustees, may participate in commencement ceremonies and receive their diplomas with the graduating class.
