In courses of instruction and related learning activities, the schools will take into account the diverse strengths, limitations, and personal characteristics of student to enhance their progress in academic, personal-social and career development within the curriculum. Courses, content, progression, and the measurement of progress or attainment may be modified and adjusted so that the instructional needs and proficiencies of students may be met or taken into account.
