PCR is a school of choice serving non-traditional high school students in Latah County. We provide a unique community, which fosters individuality, dignity and responsibility. We expect our students to graduate with the skills to achieve success in a changing world.
PCRHS helps local communities by increasing the high school graduation rate of students who experience extraordinary circumstances. Students develop personal responsibility and find support as they re-establish a successful educational program. Students gain and retain admission via an application process and must demonstrate or articulate a substantial commitment to their educational goals and the success of the program.
PCR runs four classes in nine week quarters allowing a student to earn four credits towards graduation every quarter, eight credits per semester, sixteen credits per year.
PCR uses Power School, a student information system. Parents can monitor grades, attendance and other information about their student from the internet. For your student’s password contact the office.
The requirements for graduating from PCR meet the standards for high school graduation in the State of Idaho. We are an accredited high school and our graduates receive a high school diploma that is honored by colleges and universities.
